WHY?

Most women, especially, wait until everything else is done before giving yourself time. December is a prime time for putting yourself on the back burner saying you’ll “start” in January. That’s living a nightmare, not a dream. 

That’s backwards and not only leads to burn out, but it sets a precedent in your life for how you are treated and what you tolerate. You can’t expect everyone else to put you first if you don’t put you first. 

Movement is Medicine is 25 days of empowerment to move your body. When we move our body it activates our inner warrior. The sweat washes our aura clean. It gets us out of head and into our body - which is where life is best lived. 

In these 25 days together I’m asking you to climb the damn mountain of self love and self care. To show up for yourself, especially when it’s inconvenient, because that’s how we create change - doing it when it’s hard, doing it when we don’t want to, when it’s rainy and cold and we’re miserable and busy. 

Learning to dial it back, to put yourself first, to move your body so you can find your soul. That’s my why for this 25 days together.
