Base Camp. 

Your Everest is your Everest. Showing up for yourself, no matter what, isn't always easy. Especially this time of year. 

Having a goal. Accountability.

Is key to following through. 

 

For the next 25 days your commitment to yourself is for 30 mins of movement a day. It can be split up, it can be anything - swimming, dancing, yoga, running, walking, strength. Move your Body.

Climb the Damn Mountain. Show up. No matter what. You first. 

Instructions & Info

 

  • We lead with strength. No excuses. 30 mins. Everyday. Self care is climbing the mountain. I don't care if it's 3 ten minute sessions, 1 thirty minute sessions. Let's not get caught in the weeds. 
  • Each day you will find a post on my Facebook page for accountability. Upload a pic of your activity (snap a pic of your watch, workout, sweaty selfie. Just make the daily post so YOU stay accountable to yourself. 
  • You will receive a certificate of completion when it's over (and you've actually completed it!). 
  • I will host a weekly live workout- you'll be invited. 
  • I will share tips, mindset, and recommended daily workouts (WOD- workout of the day). 
  • I will teach you to check in and PIVOT as you need to. 
  • Officially kickoff on December 7th (officially 25 day Challenge). 

Take the Pledge

Making a pledge is key to finishing a challenge. Especially if you normally don't. If you struggle with completing things, making the commitment can be the first step in accomplishing it. 

Instructions: 

Save photo to your phone. Upload to your stories (facebook or Instagram) type your reasons into the boxes and either share and tag me OR just screenshot and come post on my page.

When trekking we meet every morning to review our plan for the day. Each day I'll share a sound bite - maybe a recommendation for a workout, a pep talk, a pivot, an invitation to a talk or workout or a thought provoking movement and mindset piece.
