Quick About Me: 

I am a personal trainer turned author, spiritual guide and life coach who specializes in human behaviour. 

Fitness is a way of life, something we do because we want to, to find our true power, to be grounded in our bodies, to the strongest most empowered version of ourselves, not something we do to punish ourselves for eating a piece of cake. Or to shrink ourselves into societies expectations of ourselves. 

My goal for this is to create a community that will elevate and rise together while we learn, grow, and most importantly have FUN while we do it. 

During these workouts, you’ll listen to great music (lyrics will be at times explicit so headphones to protect your littles ears), you’ll be given some mindset shifting things, be motivated and inspired, learn to think differently and most importantly, be real. 

I love fitness. And I want to share that with you while inspiring you to throw away toxic patterns, behaviours, negative self talk while we raise our vibration and have fun getting in the best shape of our lives.

The What When How

The details are being worked out for the times, days. The sooner you sign up the more say you will have as I poll you to help me create the best program for you, with your input. 

It will be live on zoom. You will not be on screen or recorded. The recordings will be available for you to do again as you wish. 

The day/time will be announced. It will start 3rd week of September. You’ll be invited to test groups and test workouts as you help me build this for you.
